During a trip to Guatemala in 2007 I met an artist. He was moderately succesfull but had a great idea to create a school for indigenous people. He saw his project destroyed by mud slides created by a hurricane in 2005. Losing all his work (including all sculptures and paintings) and working capital he had no choice but to cancel his project. He did not have the network or organisational capabilities to overcome this problem. Inspired by this artist we decided to do something, put our combined talents to work and founded Innivite.
Innivite strives to build a network of people and organisations which get a kick from taking on challenging projects. Projects supported by Innivite should be challenging, innovating but also aimed to improve the standard of living around the world. Innivite acts as an active think tank providing hands-on support to projects.
Innivite is a privately funded initiative and supported by donations and funds. We are currently trying to bring together sufficient funds to support our current projects.
The first project Innivite is proudly supporting is Muses. The Muses were “the key to the good life”; since they brought both prosperity and friendship. It was believed that they would help inspire people to do their best. More information on this project can be found in our Recent Projects page. This first project will serve as a pilot for the Innivite Community.
We expect many obtacles and mud slides on our way and could use all the help available out there. Hope you are willing to support us with your talents!
